If I had known about how comfrey can speed healing, I would have used it. I would guess that this salve will heal whatever it is that was damaged in your foot and help it not to hurt. It has helped for everything we've used it on, so far! :-) I can't imagine what the pain in your arm is. The salve should help ease the pain, whatever is causing it. I dropped a can on it 3 weeks ago and when I put on a sneaker it still hurts for a second than it stops.I wonder if this will help? I'm going to use it for my left arm too.
