Fall Menu: Week 3

What a wonderful experience this has been! Taking part in Keeper of the Home’s recipe challenge has really help keep me on track with my meal planning. Now I just need to get ready to go and head to the store!

Fall Menu Week 3

Breakfast:

  • Eggs and Bacon
  • Kefir Smoothies

Lunches

  • Acorn Squash
  • Tuna Sandwiches
  • Leftovers

Dinners

  • Fish Tacos (2 nights) This is a Passionate Homemaking recipe that we haven’t tried, but I have frozen fish downstairs that I’d like to use up.
  • Pork Shoulder Roast (2 nights)
  • Enchilada Casserole (2 nights)
  • Bread, Cheese and Fruit (1 night)
