Six weeks ago I began an exercise program called T-Tapp in the hopes of toning up after having my second baby. Did it work? Oh, yeah! I’d still like to lose a few more inches in some areas, but I really don’t have too far to go to get where I want to be. I am feeling stronger, more energetic and more flexible. My immune system is even showing improvement, which tends to happen when a person is getting moderate exercise. A cold virus has been making itself comfortable in our family, but my bad symptoms lasted less than 36 hours. Everybody else seems to have this thing for days. T-Tapp is an especially good form of exercise for boosting the immune system due to how effective it is at moving the lymph throughout the body.
So, how many inches did I lose? Here are the total inches lost over the last six weeks.
Right arm: 10 3/4 inches (1/4 inch lost)
Left arm: 10 3/4 inches (1/4 inch lost)
Bust: (a bit hard to be sure while breastfeeding, but I don’t seem to have lost anything here.)
Ribs: 28 inches (lost 2 inches)
Waist: 27 1/2 inches (lost 1 1/2 inch)
Tummy: 32 1/2 inches (lost 2 1/2 inches)
Hips: 38 inches (lost 2 inch)
Upper right thigh: 21 1/2 inches (lost 1 1/2 inches)
Upper left thigh: 21 1/2 inches (lost 1 1/2 inch)
Lower right thigh: 15 1/5 inches (lost 1/2 inch)
Lower left thigh: 15 1/2 inches (lost 1/2 inch)
Right calf: 14 inches
Left calf: 14 inches
Weight: 141 pounds (lost 7 pounds)
Energy level: 7 out of 10
Needless to say, I am thrilled with these results! I believe that within another 4 to 6 weeks, I’ll have lost those last few inches and then I’ll do the 15 minute workout twice a week.
If you’ve been following my T-Tapp journey, you know that I eat a “real” food diet, which means… no dieting! Yep, I lost all these inches while eating plenty of protein and fat, even homemade cookies and cinnamon swirl bread! Granted, if I cut out the extra sugar from drinking coffee and eating cookies, I could have lost inches even more quickly. I’m okay with this pace AND getting to have my treats, too! 😉
And the Winner Is…
It is so exciting to have my first give-away! T-Tapp is providing a copy of the Basic Workout Plus DVD that I used for my results.
Thanks so much to everybody who participated. Our lucky winner, chosen by my lovely *almost* four-year-old, is…
Send me an e-mail with your address to creativechristianmama at gmail dot com and I’ll get the DVD sent right away. Congratulations and I hope you love T-Tapp as much as I do! 🙂
