T-Tapp Week Five Update

While continuing to eat plenty of nutrient-dense and delicious “real” foods, I’m making progress and not feeling at all deprived!

Okay, here are my current measurements, with total inches lost over the last five weeks in bold.

Right arm: 10 3/4 inches (1/4 inch lost)

Left arm: 10 3/4 inches (1/4 inch lost)

Bust: 35 inches

Ribs: 28 1/2 inches (lost 1 1/2 inches)

Waist: 28 inches (lost 1 inch)

Tummy: 32 1/2 inches (lost 2 1/2 inches)

Hips: 38 inches (lost 2 inch)

Upper right thigh: 21 1/2 inches (lost 1 1/2 inches)

Upper left thigh: 21 1/2 inches (lost 1 1/2 inch)

Lower right thigh: 15 1/5 inches (lost 1/2 inch)

Lower left thigh: 15 1/2 inches (lost 1/2 inch)

Right calf: 14 inches

Left calf: 14 inches

Weight: 143 pounds (lost 5 pounds)

Energy level: 7 out of 10

How awesome is that?! Two inches off my hips, two and a half off my tummy, an inch and a half off of each thigh… all in just five weeks and without starving myself! My muscles are firmer, my clothes fit better and my baby is only 12 weeks old. T-Tapp is something that anybody can do. You don’t need any special equipment and it takes only 15 minutes a day! Once you’re down to your target size, you only need to do the workout once or twice a week to maintain the results. I’ll keep T-Tapping three times a week for a few more weeks, then probably do it twice a week after that (just because it makes me feel so good!).
