October Blog-Share: Are You Ready for Another One?

Have you been asked this question about being “ready” for having more children? I’ve noticed that when I had just one child, the question was, “Are you ready for another one?”. I hear this most often from people who actually have children…

Having children is like touching heaven.  It’s a glimpse of God’s goodness.”

  • Oh this post spoke to me! People are asking me this all the time now. I have a daughter who turned two in July and I have been having a battle with myself for a while now. I had severe PPD with my daughter and it terrified me! I have approached my husband about having more and well he said he doesn’t want anymore:( I prayed that he will have a change of heart as I feel that I caused him to feel that way about having more. It was hard for him too when I was depressed. I would love more children and would love to have a chance to experience that pure joy that I didn’t have the first time.
