T-Tapp Update: Week Three and a Surprise!

Today, I am half way through my six week T-Tapp Challenge. If you are new here and are unfamiliar with T-Tapp, check out this post.

Confession time. I didn’t stick to the every other day schedule. Somehow I missed a day, so I exercised the next day and adjusted the schedule. I believe it was Tuesday’s workout that I missed, so I exercised Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. What I should have done is T-Tapped on Wednesday and continued with the original schedule by T-Tapping Thursday and Saturday. Taking two days off in a row ought to have been followed by working out two days in a row. How do I know this? My inch loss pretty much stopped. I did lose another half an inch from my tummy (woo-hoo!), but everything else stayed the same.

My physical energy level has gone up a bit, in spite of not getting much sleep this week. I’ve also lost about one pound, but as I said at the beginning, weight loss is pointless. Inch loss is what counts!

Below are my current measurements. In bold are the total number of inches lost in the last three weeks.

Left arm: 11 inches

Bust: 35 inches

Ribs: 29 1/2 inches (lost 1/2 inch)

Waist: 28 inches (lost 1 inch)

Tummy: 33.5 inches (lost 1 1/2 inches) Hehehe!!

Hips: 39 inches (lost 1 inch)

Upper right thigh: 22 inches (lost 1 inch)

Upper left thigh: 22 1/2 inches (lost 1/2 inch)

Lower right thigh: 16 inches

Lower left thigh: 16 inches

Right calf: 14 inches

Left calf: 14 inches

Weight: 145 pounds (3 pounds)

Energy level: 7

Since I didn’t make up for that missed workout last week, I will be adding an extra one in this week. Also, I will be making a special effort at perfecting my form during the movements. The beauty of T-Tapp is that you never have to increase repetitions or add weights. Everything is done to the best of your ability, so the more precise and controlled your movements are, the more muscle you build and the more fat you burn!

Water is the other thing I really need to pay attention to. When T-Tapping, Theresa Tapp says it’s important to drink plenty of water before, during and after in order to flush the toxins out of your body. T-Tapp moves lymph through the lymphatic system like no other workout I know of, so our bodies need plenty of water to help us detox. If you tend to have swollen glands and lymph nodes like I do, T-Tapp could be very beneficial!

My First Giveaway!

Now, for the surprise! T-Tapp will be providing their Basic+ DVD for a giveaway! This is my first giveaway (fun!) and I am thrilled that it is something that has so much potential to benefit somebody’s health. Next week, I’ll let you know how the giveaway works. 🙂

  1. Yay! I sure could use some similar results in March! Hubby is already asking who my boot camp coach will be since my friend I worked out with after the last one moved 🙂
